In which our hero and heroine get the 50-cent tour of District 12 during its rebuilding, forcing him to begin telling his war story.

Sam Horn sets up his screen and starts giving his presentation, updating the status of the various construction projects around District 12. Clearly, this is the usual highlight of the Town Meeting. I’m surprised he isn’t using a 3-D model, like in the Capitol, but District 12’s technology probably can’t support such displays.
